Welcome to the D1290 Overseas Project Team (OPT). Since 1999 the OPT has completed 39 Projects. The OPT reconditions fire and rescue vehicles, associated equipment, ambulances, hospital equipment, and other valuable equipment to communities in Eastern Europe. Barry Kressigner: I joined Launceston RC in 1988 and was Club President in 1997/8. In 2003 I was responsible for the formation of the District Overseas Project Team and is still the team's Coordinator. In 2005 I became the District's International Service Chairman and elected Assistant Governor from 1/7/08
